Candies and Cookies Recipes - Magic Cookie Bars RecipeThis Magic Cookie Bars Recipe is a holiday classic at my house.  Magic Cookie Bars RecipeCompliments of Froggy Bottom Cookbook1 1/2 cups Kellogg's corn flake crumbs 3 tablespoons sugar 1 cup (6-ounces) semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1/2 cup melted margarine 1 1/3 cups (3 1/2-ounces) flaked coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
1. Using the food processor with cutting blade, crumb the cornflakes. Measure corn flakes crumbs, sugar and margarine into 13x9x2 inch baking pan, mix thoroughly. With back of tablespoon press mixture evenly and firmly in bottom of pan to form crust.
2. Scatter chocolate morsels over crust.
3. Spread coconut evenly over chocolate morsels.
4. Sprinkle walnuts over coconut.
6. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into 2x1-inch bars.
